HKR Roadways Limited is an SPV incorporated for the purpose of Design, Construction, Development, Finance, Operation and Maintenance of Four Laning of Hyderabad – Karimnagar – Ramagundam Road (SH-1) from km 28.200 to km 235.058 in the State of Telangana under Public Private Partnership on DBFOT (Toll) basis. The Concession Agreement was signed with Government of Telangana (Formerly combined Andhra Pradesh) in August 2010 and Concession was granted for 25 years (2.5 Years Construction Period and 22.5 Years Operations Period). The SPV has the right to collect Toll from the users of the Road during the operations period.

The Project has achived provisional COD on 31st May, 2014 and started Toll collections from 1st June 2014.
